Booking in for a Custom-made Design.

Please be sure to read through this page before filling out a form - it contains essential information regarding my booking routine.
I have also prepared this document which gives recommendations for choosing the right tattoo artist for you, and how my personal process works following your consultation.

There is a short list below this form regarding tattoos that I do not do, please read through it to ensure we are both on the same page. Thanks!

For legal reasons at our tattoo collective you must be 18 or older to be tattooed.

Subject Matter of your Tattoo

Tell me about your ideas! Be as general as you like, if you have specific ideas be sure to let me know. If you're flexible with your ideas, just point me in the general direction. Feel free to include info such as "Memorial tattoo" but avoid volunteering all your personal information or emotional attachment to the tattoo subject.

Sizing in inches

Please include approximate sizing in inches that you want your tattoo to be.

Placement

Let me know your preferred placement on your body. If the tattoo is sandwiched around others, I will request photos. Please note that I will not tattoo anywhere on the hand or neck unless you have heavy coverage already, and at my discretion.

Skin Tone

If you want colour, please let me know how you would best describe your skin tone, or you can send me a photo in the future. This helps me to select the optimum tones to work with your undertone when I draw your tattoo. I will never under any circumstances decline your tattoo based on your skin tone. Designs can always be edited to create optimum contrast.

Your Availability

I am on maternity leave and will not be tattooing from Mid- September to Mid-November. I am happy to discuss your ideas and book you in for November-January. Please note that the latest I start tattooing for a full day appointment is 1pm and must strictly leave by 5pm. If you are not able to make it to the studio before 1pm select a different day that works better for you.

Fridays 10am-5pm

My schedule is different week to week

I can't start at 10am but I am available later in the day.

I am on a time crunch for my tattoo (ie. travelling to toronto for vacation)* please let me know more details below

A Note on Declining Projects:

There are several types of tattoo that I do not work on. If you want any of these tattoos, please contact another artist. Thank you for your understanding.

Fix ups (regular cover ups are ok), adding watercolour to an existing tattoo done by another artist, any fine line tattoos, pastel only soft watercolour, micro tattoos, all white ink; or anything I don’t believe is going to age well or work as a solid tattoo.
Subject matter deemed as racist, sexist, transphobic or in any way shitty. GTFO.
Tattoo designs which are copies of other existing work- see more on my FAQ regarding this.
I no longer take on ‘walk in style’ tattoos; like simple script, roman numerals, symbols in black ink only. Essentially anything that doesn’t require any customisation or is very small. If you want to add these into another appointment where we are working on another tattoo; or the tattoo is to cover scarring, that’s probably fine- just ask!
Subject matter that I have worked on multiple times and believe i’ve exhausted my capacity to create a truly unique artwork (for example; Tattoos based off of Alice in Wonderland the movie; i’ve tattooed a lot of them and since they’re directly referenced from the movie it’s not possible to create multiple truly different tattoos for each client.)
I will of course do whatever I can do work with you and your project, but if I don’t think it’s going to be a good match I will let you know.
