I work at Coach House Collective- a tattoo collective in Little Italy, Toronto. We are a private independent studio featuring three tattooers (and friends!) The studio is a more intimate space with a focus on custom tattooing in a positive environment. All communication from your initial consultation to chat about your ideas, right through to your finished tattoo is done directly with me through my website and email. Consultation forms are available here.

My books are currently open for bookings in November- January.
Click here to read about my booking process in more detail and to access my consultation forms. If you are getting tattooed for the first time and want to know my entire process from consultation to complete tattoo, click here.
The best way to keep up-to-date with my work is through my quarterly newsletter which you can sign up for here. Newsletter recipients get the first update on when my books open. I will also post updates periodically on my Instagram. -
Once I have confirmed all your ideas at your consultation I will provide you with a price range for your tattoo. My hourly rate is $180 for larger tattoos (sleeves, multiple session pieces or tattoos where I would be working 4+ hours in one sitting). I work on a piece price for all other tattoos, which will be discussed at your consultation. Consultations are totally free of charge. In order to book in your actual tattoo appointments(s), I do require a deposit to be paid prior to your session, which will be discussed via email when booking. All pricing is subject to HST.

Check out this page to get an idea of the kinds of things I like to tattoo to give you some inspiration. Alternatively you could book for a flash design. But I don’t recommend getting tattooed if you’re super indecisive; tattoos are designed to be permanent and should be treated as so.
If you are flexible and have a general concept but you’re not totally sure how it’s all going to come together that’s okay! That’s my job to make your ideas into reality.

Very occasionally I do take on fix ups ONLY if you had a negative or problematic experience with your previous artist and wish to move forward in a more respectful environment- other than that I will not finish up other people’s work or add to it, for example a small tattoo adding watercolour to the background or adding line work to realism.
At the end of the day, I want your tattoo to look good for a long time and I want to do a good job that we are both satisfied with. If I feel like I can’t fix it, or improve it, I will not do the tattoo.

Do you do cover ups?
I do! You can read all about my process for cover ups for both scarring and tattoos here.

In short, no. I will create a design specifically for you, this part of the process is included in the price of your tattoo. There is usually a vast difference between a drawing being aesthetically pleasing and being a successful tattoo design. If you have a starting point idea/illustration/ reference photos, that’s great! I will keep them in mind when creating your tattoo, but the final result will not be the same.
I will never copy another artist's work, especially another tattoo artist. This includes the following:
-You found a tattoo online & you want an exact copy, or only very minor adjustments (where the design essentially looks the same and is recognizable to be another artists design)
-A flash design or custom design that I already tattooed- I can create a similar tattoo for you.
-A design that is recognizably another artists UNIQUE style, even if the subject is different. If it becomes more apparent as our consultation goes on that this is your plan I will decline your idea. The only exceptions to this would be;If you have express permission from an illustrator to have the design tattooed, In this occasion I require confirmation from the original artist, who I will personally compensate with a percentage of the proceeds from you tattoo. This can be discussed during the booking process. If you want to get a logo of a band tattooed, album artwork, etc. This would be considered fan art and i’m happy to do it! Just ask me if you’re not sure.

The cleanliness of my work space and the safety of my clients, and myself, is always my top priority. I truly pride myself on the cleanliness of our studio. You can read some testimonials from my previous clients about their experiences here. You can read a highly detailed breakdown of my entire process, from consultations through to the finished tattoo here. Since 2019 I have been using an almost entirely biodegradable tattoo set up. This includes biodegradable gloves, single use plastic alternatives and tubes made of previously recycled materials. You can read more about this on the Eco-Tattooing highlight on my Instagram. These new products are all as safe as single use plastics etc, and follow the same safety standards as requested by Toronto Public Health. If you are a tattooer working in a professional studio and you have questions about sourcing these products please contact me! I’m happy to help.

Of course! You can check out examples in my Portfolio pages, my Instagram, and some useful info on my colour tattoo technique here. I will never, ever, decline any potential client based on your skin tone, gender, appearance, anything really! All bodies are able to be tattooed and I create each design specifically with the client in mind. Going forward I aim to show my new flash designs with multiple colour palettes and not-white backgrounds. If you’re interested in how a flash design might appear on your own skin tone, reach out to me. I’d be happy to create a personalized mock up for you free of charge. If you are a person of colour who is booked in for a tattoo with me, I’m happy to do a complimentary discreet colour test if you would like one, prior to your actual tattoo appointment, to help show how the final colour outcome of your tattoo may appear. Colour tests are totally optional.

You’re a dafty. Here you go.

I don’t typically travel to tattoo- I do however go back to Scotland multiple times each year and do occasionally work while I'm home in Glasgow. If you want to get tattooed in the UK please fill out a consult form and we can discuss your options. If you’re a tattoo shop that wants to invite me to guest contact me here.

I do not provide designs with the intention of them being tattooed by another artist, It’s not possible for me to keep up with commission work with my regular workload. And with that also comes the issue that I have no quality control over the final product.
A quick reminder that all my designs are either designed to a clients specifications for them, or drawn for me to tattoo. Do not under any circumstances have my design tattooed by someone else. It’s not cool at all, I will never tattoo you if you do this. Flash designs on the web store are sold to be tattooed by me only.
